I wonder where the years all went
The good ones and the bad!
We lived through the war when time were hard
We couldn’t afford half a pound of lard

But things got better as years went by
Myself i had a family three girls a then a boy
My children are my life you see
They have brought so much joy!

The best time of the year is spring
It starts a brand new day
And they have passed by quick for me
I’m blessed yes! and I’m happy too

I have survived I’m 75
Thank you for these wonderful years
